Total Body Tone-Up

Total Body Tone-Up consists of 12 stations with different exercises, where we work the entire body. Each station is 1 minute long, and the circuit is completed twice. This type of interval training promotes calorie burning among its many benefits.

Water provides natural resistance, so your muscles work harder without the need to lift weights. This helps tone the chest, abs, arms, glutes, legs, and back, all while moving to the rhythm of great music.
