My journey started as a competitive boxer fueling my commitment to health. I hold certifications from NSCA and have hands on experience in tactical training, strength and conditioning and athletic development at Vanderbilt University. I’m passionate about transforming lives through a strategic approach in nutrition and fitness to help other surpass their life goals. I also offer 1 free stretching session to increase flexibility and recovery.
Halle Moss
Bachelor’s in Exercise Science
My journey started at 15 when I picked up my dad’s Insanity home workout DVDs. At 18, I hired a local coach that would train me for physique competitions for the coming years. Working out with a trainer and having something to train for was a great outlet for my stress and growing pains as a teenager and young adult.

Hard work works every time! My name is Matt, I’m a certified personal trainer, fitness coach and certified health coach and most importantly I’m here to help you find MORE. Improved mindset, self belief, confidence, losing weight or gaining weight, building muscle, gaining flexibility, rehabbing an injury, whatever the desired outcome we will attain it! I always struggled with weight gain and building muscle so I know how difficult and frustrating the scale can be.. I went From 145 to 205 in 2 years, so whatever your struggle is we will get it done!

I started my journey about 15 years ago when I was obese growing up as a kid. I struggled with a eating disorder that was very difficult to overcome. Throughout my whole fitness journey, I have lost over 305 lbs which has inspired me to keep going hard every day to better peoples health and mindset with fitness. A specialize in personal training group training and boot camps every week and every month through out the whole year.
